We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion. All procurement requests are subject to verification and approval.

WhatsApp Enquiry Process

Our primary channel for receiving procurement requests is WhatsApp. When you submit a requirement:

• Share your detailed product specifications, quantity, and delivery timeline
• Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours
• We will verify your institution details before proceeding
• All communication through WhatsApp is considered official correspondence

Quotation Terms

All quotations provided by bisVani Healthcare are:

• Valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise
• Subject to product availability from verified manufacturers
• Based on prevailing market prices and may be adjusted for significant market changes
• Inclusive of GST unless explicitly mentioned otherwise
• Subject to our standard payment and delivery terms

Final pricing and delivery terms are confirmed upon purchase order acceptance.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all information with confidentiality:

• All procurement details and institutional information are kept confidential
• We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders
